At Aromatique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not delighted with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused and unopened items.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring delicate glass and wax products are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
